Governor Otti’s SA Pledges to Enhance Well-being of Abia Residents

Naval Commander Macdonald Ubah (Rtd), the Senior Special Adviser on Security matters to the Governor of Abia State, emphasized the dedicated efforts of Governor Alex Otti (OFR) to enhance the well-being of the people of Abia State. This commitment was reiterated in a statement issued in Umuahia, the state capital.
Mr. Ubah expressed confidence in the ongoing peace and security in the state, assuring residents and visitors that the government is actively working to ensure a peaceful yuletide season.
He praised the support and cooperation of the residents, attributing their involvement to the existing security and safety of lives and properties across Abia State.
Mr. Ubah emphasized the administration’s determination to maintain and build on the progress made in securing all areas of Abia, highlighting the significant reduction in criminal activities compared to previous years.
In his communication, he emphasized the collective responsibility for security, urging individuals to report any suspicious or unusual activities.
The New Year’s greetings were extended to all Nigerians, with special recognition of the people of Abia. Mr. Ubah expressed gratitude for God’s blessings and protection throughout the year 2023.
