He is one of the top cosmetic surgeons in the nation and is the owner of Hochstein Med Spa, located in Miami Beach, Florida. He specializes in breast implants and arguments that have helped him earn the title of ‘Boob God’.

The plastic surgeon was born on June 29, 1966 in Moscow, Russia. The Russian citizen later moved to the United States with his family. But he has not provided information about his parents or siblings. He then attended high school in Livingston, New Jersey and then joined Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1990. From college, he graduated valedictorian and did his plastic surgery fellowship in Miami with renowned Dr. Ralph Millard. .

He has treated many high profile models, celebrities and porn stars.
